Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated 4 September 2026
This Acceptable Use Policy applies to anyone using a Blueprint to Brilliance website account, client or team workspace, automation, AI feature, messaging capability, integration or other digital service.
1. Lawful and authorised use
You may use our services only for lawful purposes and only within the access and functionality that has been authorised for you. You must not use the platform to commit, facilitate, encourage or conceal unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, abusive or harmful activity.
2. Security and access
You must not attempt to access another client, user, workspace, record, system, credential or administrative function without permission. You must not probe, scan, bypass, disable or interfere with authentication, rate limits, row-level security, access controls or other security measures except where we have expressly authorised security testing in writing.
You must not introduce malware, malicious code, destructive instructions or other material designed to damage, disrupt or gain unauthorised control of systems or data.
3. Data and privacy
You must have an appropriate lawful basis and authority for personal information, confidential information and third-party content you upload, connect or instruct us to process. You must not use the service to obtain, infer, disclose or exploit personal information unlawfully.
4. Marketing and communications
You must not use our systems to send spam, unlawful unsolicited marketing, deceptive communications or messages that breach applicable data protection, direct marketing or electronic communications rules. You are responsible for the legality of recipient lists, marketing instructions, content and required opt-out mechanisms for campaigns you control.
5. AI and automation
You must not deliberately use AI or automation features to impersonate people deceptively, create fraudulent records, evade legal obligations, manipulate systems, or make prohibited automated decisions. Where human review is appropriate because an output may materially affect a person or organisation, you are responsible for ensuring that review takes place.
6. Resource abuse
You must not use automated requests, scraping, bulk operations or integrations in a way that unreasonably degrades the service, circumvents documented limits, imposes excessive load, or interferes with other users.
7. Enforcement
We may investigate suspected misuse and may restrict, suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary to protect users, clients, systems, data or legal compliance. Where appropriate, we may preserve relevant records and cooperate with lawful requests from competent authorities.
8. Reporting concerns
If you become aware of a security issue, unauthorised access or misuse of the platform, contact us promptly using the details on our Contact page and avoid taking actions that could increase the harm or compromise evidence.
